Two Views of a Journey

TWAIN / VISUAL STUDY

One bus journey. Two ways of seeing it. The Reflection holds past and present in the same window; The View lets the city carry the story.

Digital illustrations developed through studies of composition, graphite tones and pencil textures, refined through successive revisions. Inspired by the bus anecdote in Robert Kazandjian’s British GQ interview; the people, weather, architecture and reflections are interpretive.

Artwork and creative direction: Twain / MFCMF · Editorial edition: 20 October 2026.
